Get In TouchGS2 Developments recently purchased 3907 and 3909 Cedar Hill rd. And are proposing a townhouse development on the combined site. We have designed a four building complex that would house twelve family-oriented dwellings. Following the guidelines contained within the Shelbourne Valley Action Plan, and in consultation with planning staff at the Municipality of Saanich, our designers have created a proposal that aims to sensitively increase density in the University Centre land use area. The location is designated within the action plan as suitable for townhouse infill developments up to three storeys in height.
